    • To use the same full name on both REGISTRATION FORM and BANK FORM for money deposit/transfer
    • To state the purpose of payment in the form
  • 2. Payment should be made in full, since no installment payment is allowed.
  • 3. Payment of several participants could be made in one form, with clear statement of the full names of the participants
  • 4. Please do re-check your filled form extra careful before making payment, since we would not facilitate any cash refund
